Went there to enquire about their spa offerings and found a half asleep lady at the reception. She showed me the door and said there is nothing that they offer and so I left. I was wondering if only she had the keys to the place; she could well have shut the door and gone to sleep in peace. This would be a prime example of how, not to run a business.
