I’ve used them on different occasions - For a full set of lashes and micro blading my eyebrows. Both services I was very unhappy with. My eyebrows look the EXACT SAMEEE as when I came into the shop. NOBODY could notice a difference with my eyebrows yet I’ve paid for a service to help me fill them in, so I’m not having to fill my brows in daily…. IM STILL HAVING TO EVEN THO IVE PAID FOR THAT TO BE SORTED. When i contacted them they was absolutely rubbish. I personally would never recommend this place and anytime people around me ask about this salon. I always say to avoid if you want the best out of your money. I would post my review and experience on instagrams - TikTok too but I don’t want them to loose customers so I’ll just give my honest reviews here. Would never go back. Terrible salon tried to use my Groupon to book an appointment couldn’t even get through to anyone and kept being given the run around by admin staff. Should have read the reviews about there vile customer service there are definitely better Groupon deals out there so please save your money and avoid this place!!!!

Received a call on day of appointment advising they have changed opening hours and no longer opened on Mondays. Although the lady was polite I went into panic mode as I am going abroad and this was incredibly last minute. Noreen came in on her day off to provide a service - I met her months ago & decided I would always follow her wherever she goes because she’s absolutely amazing. She did not let me down. Noreen wax is the only person who provides this service where I don’t feel like in dire pain. She’s an asset and truly dedicated to her work and it shows. Noreen thank you so much! Traumatised from this experience. Beautician was obviously very inexperienced. Couldn’t even map my brows properly, but still, give the reviews and photos on their Instagram, I thought I was in fairly good hands. Specified I didn’t want “aggressive” or thick eyebrows. Ended up with 2 different, uneven, misshapen eyebrows in a colour way too dark, with the most unrealistic hair strokes. Also brought way too close to the centre of my face. Couldn’t believe my eyes when she was done. Was such a blur, I had to get out of there asap and honestly just wanted to curl up at home and cry. Have been trying “home remedies” to fade them which have helped a bit, thank god, but will have to get them removed once fully healed as they are actually horrific and make me look permanently angry and not at all like myself. Haven’t left the house since I got them. Won’t be using their services again. Total disappointment. Service: Microblading

Horrible service! Should have read the reviews before booking with them. I arrived for my appointment and waited nearly an hour in an empty shop and finally the manager told me that her technician had an emergency to deal with. She then proceeded to tell me it was not her fault that her technician had an emergency. Well yes it is as the technician was responsible enough to let the manager know so that they can inform me. Considering it took me an hour to get there first thing in the morning and i took the morning off work, she explained that I could wait around another hour until the technician arrived or offer me just £20 off??? Ridiculous! Manager was also rude and dismissive and doesn't seem to care about her clients. Just awful all around and a waste of my time. Service: Eyelash extensions
