    I went on a shopping trip today. I wanted to buy smart casual clothes for a new job i'm starting. While the store looked great (10/10 for retail standards) & the clothes looked interesting, there was ZERO customer service. The store was empty & I wanted some help. Twice I had to go over to the group of staff who were talking to ask for help & then just left to my own devices after my questions had been answered. I left and spent £900 in Paul Smith as I got much better service. I returned to Reiss just to buy a plain T shirt to wear under a shirt I had bought in Paul Smith. No acknowledgement and again the staff were stood in a group chatting. I had to interrupt them again to get any service. I'm an Area Manager for a retailer so I know what good service looks like. There was none in your store today. Missed my ££££ Reiss. I could have easily spend another £900 if you had engaged with me. I did the rest of my shopping online with Mr Porter when I got home.

    Gorgeous store inside and out. Good service (friendly and helpful) and stock levels, love the way it’s laid out so you can easily differentiate more casual wear and the business/ dressy wear. Always enjoy visiting (unfortunately not regularly as not local to Leeds).
