    Absolutely awful experience , my partner applied for his passport over two months ago due to him loosing it , we go on holiday next week, we have called every single day and have been told different things by different people who do not have a CLUE we aren't getting anywhere, we even spoke with managers who gave us false information about how they can get it sorted before next Thursday and we can't. I have never experienced something quite like it absolutely disgraceful, we have lost over £1300 as we cannot get a refund.. I will absolutely be taking this further. I am devastated. Extremely unprofessional and just a mess.

    I am having issues with applying for a new passport for my son along with an application for myself for a name change. I was transferred through to Winifred from the processing team and she was absolutely fantastic. She took down all of the information of when my documents were sent and was able to link the 2 applications to push things along. Although the issue hasn’t been sorted she was just so pleasant and she made me feel that she really done her best to try to help. She has impeccable customer service skills and I hope she gets recognition for it!

    This passport office is closed now. They have moved to E16 1DR It’s impossible to get an appointment online. If you have a twitter account search for UK Fast Track & Premium Passport Appointments, follow them. You have to select push notification option. Every time there are appointments available you will get notification and you can click on it, go in the Q and select appointments. It had worked for me. We drove to London Passport office, Liverpool passport office but they didn’t let us in without appointments. To everyone who is on Strike: There are billions of people without drinking water or a warm meal a day!

    I am still being given no answers in relation to contacting embassies in London under the Freedom Of Information Act ! I would like to leave the UK! After having my degree ruined and been given no answers ! This has gone on long enough! All my ideas have appeared on the internet & I feel I am responsible for making someone extremely wealthy and am now on Universal Credit! I will be a success ? At least I have my fitness ! !

    Shocking process!!! Its the 21st century. Ring for emergency appointment , lucky enough to get one, then someone from a different department has to ring you back to take payment and by that time someone else on line has taken that appointment!!!

    The service provided has been absolutely shocking, my girlfriend and I are due to travel at the end of April and she applied for a new passport at the beginning of March/end of February to get this sorted with time to spare. The passport was delivered to the wrong address (not her fault) and since then she has been jumping through hoops for WEEKS trying to get a response, only ever being told she will be referred, then that she will be referred from the person she was referred to ad infinitum. There has been no concrete progress made in resolving the mistake HMPO have caused, it was even found out that nearly two weeks after she initially logged this issue not a single email had been sent about it by them, essentially keeping her on the back burner the whole time. The general attitude to her case and effort made to help her has been absolutely abysmal, nothing but empty promises and frankly worthless words of consolation. “I’m very sorry to hear this has happened, that must be so frustrating, I’ll make a note on your file so that my colleagues know you’re frustrated by this.” About as much good as a screen door on a submarine. If you ever at all need to get your passport updated I’d advise doing it a year in advance, the state that this branch of government is in should ensure you get it at least a week before you need it. I hope they get whatever they’re striking for if it helps them pull their thumb out and actually be of service for once.
