I have applied online passport for renewal+ I have send my children old passport but hp passport office keep send me text messages and email about my children old passport to send it when I called hm pasport they told me they have received empty envelope so they told me to report as lost so I did I give them reference number after week later they send me text messages and email to send children old passport thanks for nothing

If i could give no stars I honestly would. I am 17 and never been abroad before I applied in march and i travel in less than 2 weeks and still have not received no passport or upgrade of any kind. I’m honestly tired and fed up of calling them to see where my passport is. I once finally got a callback after many promised ones just for someone to tell me that it would definitely be here on the 21st of June i didn’t then someone told that it hadn’t even been printed out yet and still in durham. honestly ridiculous the fact we’re forced to use this useless service and have to pay for their incompetence is ridiculous.

Lost my Mum's old UK passport while renewing. Lost BOTH my old and current US passport while renewing. Lost my Fathers old US Passport when renewing. How are there no news stories about how many passports the HMPO lose each year? Most fake passports are likely coming from books stolen here. Oh... And they will do NOTHING to help when they do lose it... Disgraceful. I want a stat on how many passports lost by this agency each year. And I want to know what nationalities they lose the most.
