The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time! It seems that the example set by management is the reason why staff are so unhelpful, obtuse and just downright ignorant. Calls take ages to be answered and being transfered to management is just as tiresome. They refuse to give straight answers and give preferential treatment to those who own the charge on a property whilst individuals are treated like second class citizens! They hinder court proceedings and take an undue amount of time to deal with simple matters! If you can avoid them do, your patience will be worn thin if you call, so my advice, write a letter and send it recorded delivery.

I lost the purchase of my perfect home because of their back-log. Even once the application was expedited as urgent to “within 10 working days” it took 15 working days.
