I waited nearly an hour for my call to be answered. The person who answered was knowledgable but Land Registry should tell you how many people are in the queue when you ring so you know whether to hang up or not.

After 15 mins of waiting for anyone to answer the phone, I gave up! My 5 subsequent tries have had the same result. The .Gov page is next to useless too. How are you expected to resolve any issue if you can neither see or speak to a person? Next stop, good old fashioned carrier pigeon! I jest, I'll write a letter!
