Windows are ok but they were delivered over 3 weeks after the worst case date they gave for the doors to arrive and they always say next week whenever you ask for an update. Numerous scuffs and damages to walls and ceiling in other parts of the house during installation, please not this was part of an extension so no doors or windows were removed. They've clearly got sticky fingers, I wasn't bothered about the loose change disappearing but found it despicable that they opened and took the children's advent chocolate. The wrappers were stuffed in the scaffolding behind the locked bi-folds they installed, and wasn't opened until after it was found the chocolate was missing. The chocolates were there in the morning shortly before they arrived. If it wasn't for the low value I would have called the police but its pretty cut and dry that they were the thieves. Numerous issues with the doors since, doors weren't installed straight, fitter advised nonsense about it takes times to settle but locksmiths have come since and said otherwise. Didn't provide any of the fascias to finish the doors and these had to be sourced independently. Don't trust them enough to rectify the issues. Doors are pretty nice too so have had many requests for their details but I've advised everyone not to use them. Subsequent issues is why I've lowered my score from 3 to 1.

A DM team member, named Epi, didn't turn up to the originally scheduled appointment for quotation. Called him and then said he would come around later the same day but was also late/didn't show for the follow-up. Cancelled the request. Shame given there seems to be generally positive reviews.
