I was a regular customer and used to send friends here but not now. I got my wheel tracking done for £25 because the car was pulling to the left he charged me £25 but it’s still pulling to the left and I called him he said your shock absorber is tilted that why but my wheels are straight. He offered me a 30 day warranty for the tracking but now he said no. Really disappointed. Definitely will not come back or send family friends here anymore. I don’t have the wrong garage because when I called hlr tyres harry said to me your shock absorber is tilted.

Where do I start! I searched best tyre places in Birmingham in google. This was one of the top searches. I initially phoned up to see if they had my size, which they did. So I went down and the service I received was exceptional. Both part worn tyres which I bought had more than 7mm of thread on each of them and they even checked my tyre pressures free of charge. This is now my go to place for tyres in Birmingham.
