Very happy with our new kitchen. From design to installation HKS were brilliant throughout. Units and installation both of a high quality. Even though ours was probably the smallest kitchen ever, the attention and response we got was always exemplary. There were some issues due to the small size of the kitchen, these were dealt with by Nick the Installation Manager in a thoroughly professional and prompt manner. HKS recently managed the refurbishment of our flat in Meads, Eastbourne. This included designing and installing a new kitchen; a fitted wardrobe and unit in a bedroom; replacing an old fireplace and bookshelves in the living area with a newly designed storage unit of cupboards and bookshelves; plus final redecoration of the whole flat. Matt Haining, the designer at HKS Eastbourne and Nick Rust the installation manager, couldn't have been more helpful. The electrician, plumber, fitters and decorators used by HKS were all excellent and we are very satisfied with the end result. Recently there was an issue with one of the pull outs. Right from the moment we entered the showroom the service provided was professional. Matt helped design the kitchen to a specification that suited our way of life. The units and kitchen appliances available were all top quality. Now that the kitchen has been installed we are so happy with our choice. The team involved were highly professional and we have to give a big thanks to Nick, Rob and Dave. We are now looking at having our bedrooms fitted out and will be asking HKS to complete the work as we know they will do a great job. Matt the designer was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process easy. Paul and Simon on the installation side have been fantastic.
