I got recommended HK Funeral Services during the difficult time when Dad passed away. We had been looking at a local funeral parlour but something inside of me niggled away as Dad was Chinese and deserved a service conducted in a language that our family could understand. As soon as we visited to attend a meeting that was arranged the same day, I felt immediately at ease. Vinitta looked after us from day 1, answering all our (millions) of questions. She was super efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and very sympathetic towards us. This is exactly what we needed. I was really pleased and relieved, that everything was explained to my family in cantonese so they could fully understand the next steps. It was such an eye opener and a steep learning curve to learn about the traditions and options available. There were so much to do inbetween, but Vinitta was always on the other end of the line for advice and support. The period leading up to the funeral felt like a lifetime, but she was there to reassure and remind us to prepare things along the way. I really felt the care that she showed in such a short space of time. It was the best decision to choose HK Funeral Services and I personally cannot thank Vinitta and her team enough, it was a beautiful service and I know we have all done Dad proud. Thank you so much!

Exceptional, reassuring, compassionate and above all else a flawless service! My mother-in-law had a short but intense fight with terminal cancer, and the family was left exhausted and emotional after her passing. We were blessed to have the involvement of the Hong Kong Funeral Service and Monumental Mason in her funeral arrangements. Vinitta and her team were personal, compassionate and thoughtful at a very difficult time for us. Vinitta in particular was extremely supportive and warm. She offered guidance and advice when it came to fine-tuning the rituals and details for the Buddhist ceremony we wanted, and her seamless co-operation with the Fo Guang Shan Manchester Temple ensured my mother-in-law had the send off that she wanted deep in her heart.
