An unfortunate result of administrative missteps has cost me about £200 in unnecessary fees and charges. Hiyacar's attention needs to shift towards improving these procedures, which currently dampen the overall user experience. In short, despite their great platform, Hiyacar needs to address these administrative issues to avoid financial burdens for their users.
