“The team from Hitt Oak recently installed a new Parquet floor in our lounge and I cannot praise them enough. From the initial planning and costing phase, reviewing samples and advising us on the best finish for our room, their level of customer service was excellent throughout. The installation was carried out over three days and was completed to a really high standard. For example, his included cutting into the skirting boards around the room for a better finish at the edges, rather than the quicker but less polished route of hiding the edges with beading The team worked efficiently and always tidied up as they went, so the disruption was minimal. The team at Hitt Oak were highly professional and clearly listened to our brief. We had a dividing wall removed which resulted in the original wood floor also being removed and they managed to find the exact wood to replace the missing area. The wood was sanded and stained exactly as we requested, and on time. There were one or two areas which needed touching up and they quickly returned to cover up any gaps. Would highly recommend the Hitt Oak team.
