During extremely cold weather and snow the waiting room was locked. Old people were standing outside shivering as they waiting for a service to finish. They hadn’t even moved the snow from the flower terrace - it was so dangerous.

although a good service privided by mears i wobt use this crematorium ever again refused us to collect grandad made us pay for a slide show to be played which was made by me not them also charged us for usb of funeral then to tell us its not 3 days its 3 weeks you might have a beautiful location but your customer service is seriously lacking in so many ways
