This is not the cheapest cafe in Hitchin but it is worth the extra cost as the service and food is excellent Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe is accessible but there is no adjacent parking. Free parking is available in the car park adjacent to the St. Mary's Square bus terminus, a five minute walk.

Waitress came and took our order we asked twice to have the table wiped down as there was some kind of drink spilt on the table left from previous people , she didn’t do this and then proceeded to put the knife and forks she brought to us on top of it . I had to ask another waitress to clean the the table down and bring us a new set of cutlery , when our food arrived the waitress then dropped one of the slices of toast on the floor and she said she would bring us a new slice but she didn’t return with anything , didn’t bother asking again , food was nice but service was awful , wouldn’t return again .
