Bought a 8k car from them. Not had it 6 months, and have had numerous problems. Got told to use my warrenty. Warrenty doesn't cover the issues. Iv had to pay out for repairs. Not very helpful. Wouldn't recommend. Should have read some of the previous reviews beforehand... Update.... the recent response from Hitchfields regarding my review is utter nonsense. If you purchase a vehicle from this place and you have problems with it, don't expect any help from them. Read the other reviews before buying. I do not recommend.

Having Viewed around 6/8 substandard Z4s i rang Hitchfields & spoke to Ian regarding the Model he was selling… i reserved the car and travelled 2 hours … The car was stunning, i was left to view the car no pressure no hassle , for an 11yr old car i can only describe it as mint … the whole purchase from the first call to the car been delivered to my home was 1st class… Quality service , Vehicles & price … Thank you to Ian and the team … Love my new pearl white Z4 M Sport😍😍 Darren , Bridlington

I purchased a 981S from Hitchfields in Oct 22 and wanted to leave a review about my experience. Firstly, I’d like to specifically mention Ian and how great he was with us when visiting the garage. Due to some logistical problems, we were significantly delayed getting there, to the point that it was beyond closing time. Despite this, Ian went out of his way to make sure our trip was not in vain. Ample time was allowed for surveying the vehicle, as well as a good length test drive. Unfortunately, I had a fault occur with the vehicle in Feb 23. After speaking with Kris about the issue, he worked closely with the warranty company who were able to provide me with partial support towards the repair. I think it testament to the dealership their willingness to go above and beyond what they need to, and I’m extremely grateful for it!
