Been ordering at Hitchcocks since 2021, never had an issue. Impressive how much they have in stock. Thumbs up for the communication and fast delivery. The only downside is the extra custom fees since the UK is not in the EU anymore, but that's not Hitchcocks's fault. I recommend, they're lifesaver for our bikes!

While looking for an upgrade for the fork on my RE Interceptor 650 I happened upon Hitchcocks Motorcycles and found the "Fork Spring Hard" and "Pre Load Adjuster". I made a mistake when I placed my order, but a friendly and competent employee corrected it over the phone. Thumbs up for that! The parts arrived in about ten days. The installation took less than 30 minutes thanks to the very good tutorial on the Hitchcocks website. I set the preload to medium and did the first test ride. What can I say? The difference from the non-adjustable springs of the original is like night and day. The front wheel now guides the bike in fast corners as if pulled on a string and conveys security and excellent contact with the road. There is also a welcome side effect, as the new springs weigh only half as much as the original ones. Conclusion: The driving characteristics of the Interceptor are now two classes better than before. And all this at a more than reasonable price. Great Job Hitcocks and thank you so much for supporting the community with such well made and affordable items. Keep going and best regards from Germany!
