Very expensive and terrible quality control (the glass did not meet the specifications on my order form). I got a 25% refund after months of fighting with one of the directors but was still very much out of pocket as I had to order replacement glass from a rival supplier. If I had more time I'd sue them.

Customer service is a complete shambles. Shame as they have a fantastic product let down by totally inept staff. Two days(and still waiting)to provide a small glazing quotation that was stated "very urgent" is shocking!
