I had purchased two of their saxophone cases. One of the rivets had detached from the case. I rang Hiscox direct and spoke with Colin Raven. He couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me of various options. I decided to travel up with the case. On arrival I was seen by Dave Johnson, who rectified the issue in minutes. Both these cases and their customer services are second to none! Thank you very much 😊
