The arrogance and ineptitude of this department's Staff is astounding. Their speciality is moving paperwork from one desk to another, processing the absolute minimum. There is no accountability or recognition for their poor conduct and appalling service. They need to be reminded they are CIVIL SERVANTS. Civil - 'relating to ordinary citizens and their concerns' 'courteous and polite' Servants - 'a person who performs duties for others' Their delusions of self importance are tiresome and ineffective to say the least. They need to start earning their paycheck and do something for it.

(Original) Viene a ser como el baúl de los piratas... Aquí habrá acabado lo rapiñado y saqueado alrededor del mundo desde hace más de doscientos años.
