I have been dealing with Chloe for a substantial order for a company I work for where we wanted to setup Hireacamera as a supplier and get the kit and payment sorted in time. Chloe has been lovely to speak to and despite some issues and delays on our end to get everything setup, they were very accommodating and are doing their best to make sure the kit arrives with enough time to be checked before the shoot this weekend. This isn't my first time using them, my recent rentals have also been a very straightforward process with the kit sometimes arriving a day or two prior to expected which is always nice for that piece of mind and gives you some extra time to get used to it ahead of the shoot.
