My experience was terrible with this shop, they gave me a industrial vacuum cleaner that was in a state with loads of tape on one of the nasals it hardly picked up any of the mess, on my floors, I thought industrial hoovers where powerful and work wonders, that’s why I went to hire it out. I explained all of this to man on the front desk, he was so rude and arrogant, instead of resolving my issue, he told me the machine is fine, and because I have had it since Saturday and returned it back on Monday you still have to pay for it including VAT. On Saturday when I tried calling the shop it was closed and I tried to leave voicemails, however the service was not available, on Sunday the shop was closed, so I explained it on Monday. For a service I did not receive that was him being generous, he disconnected my phone call, because he said I have got no time to listen to this, he even said I will sort you a better deal next time, ignoring the fact that I still paid for a service I did not receive. I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all.
