Being a "Kwik-Fit" customer for many years, I must say I am really pleased with the service I got from them today. Major service and MOT done within 3 hours, excellent. I was given online price of £188.99 but when I went to collect I was asked for £213...so, I said it should be £188.99 and the chap checked on his system and apologised, they even put a free number plate light during the MOT. That's awesome. Thank you guys, now you have a new customer.

Took my car in on short notice on a bank holiday weekend, as one of the wheels had a puncture. They instantly repaired it and didn’t charge me a penny. Couldn’t recommend them enough! They’re also my go-to for all my new tyres as they do such a good job.

UPDATE: Despite the response from their “customer services”, I sent them my details and was once again ignored. As I said, don’t waste your time. Wouldn’t waste your time. I sent a request for an mot slot and they never even got back to me. Kwick fit is round the corner, it’s cheaper and more reliable.
