I recently left HYPER Global, very nice company to work for with nice staff apart from one bad egg. I was in my second week of working there and one morning my 24 year old supervisor said 'good morning', i replied 'good morning, mate' and her responce was 'don't call me mate, you are not my mate'. This person was training me on the job I was doing, I have never came across anybody in 46 years say that to me. I thought this was very unprofessional and rude coming from a supervisor. I didn't want to come into work everyday and choose my words carefully with this individual so it was in my best interest to leave the company.
