I came in to ask about prices for a cremation plot for my late mother-in-law. The lady I spoke to was unsmiling & frankly I felt like I was a nuisance. She reluctantly found me some prices after a lot of difficulty. Since Co op took over it is not the same here and the prices have risen to shocking levels - when I asked about the £295 administration fee I was told it is to 'raise an invoice'. Not a happy experience & its a shame as its such a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful funeral director who took care of our Mum and her wishes. He came all the way out to Wimborne to visit Mum in person before she passed. This gave her great comfort. Due to Covid 19 we had to change original arrangements ,but we ended up with a very personalised small graveside service. It was very special. The advice,compassion and respect shown to us was exceptional. Many ,many thanks to RS and his wonderful team.
