A group of us stayed at the hotel for our annual reunion weekend. We played golf at the Hindlesham golf course on Friday afternoon, followed by dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings at the hotel. The staff were always polite and informed, whilst the food was excellent. The golf was ruined by rain but that was not the fault of the course! Our room was simply superb, try Ian's Clock Room - it is special.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hall and at some point would love to go back. The Staff are attentive to their Guests and nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent and there are different menu options on a weekly basis and there is a bar too! Rooms are comfortable and traditional most with en-suite bath/shower or both! There is also a Spa facility which provide various treatments. I enjoyed 3x. A neck, shoulder and back massage. On another day I had an Indian Head massage and a manicure. Love a bit of pampering. The only negative comments would be the distance from Reception to the car park, to transfer luggage. Also the Manicurist used a nail varnish which took over an hour to dry!! Not very convenient for me.

Staff were quite rude especially when in the bar staff shouting to move into other room. The reception staff ( the get haired older lady) charged us for a room we didn't stay in and was rude saying we hadn't paid when actually we paid. She gave us the wrong room bill which we paid then she realised she was wrong and refunded us £10 then again charged us for room service which we never received again she realised it was a different guest so refunded us. Will not stay here again.
