Called on the off chance to see if this pharmacy could help with a manufacturing supply issue I was having with a medication. Spoke to a lovely lady who tried her best to see if the stock was available through different suppliers. Unfortunately, there was a problem throughout the whole of the UK. She advised me on the next steps to take, was most helpful and didn't want to rush me to get off the call. Thank you 😊 for all your kindness. The issue has now been resolved.

Given the wrong prescription, when raised was challenged it was MY FAULT for not checking what was in the bag! Then asked to pay again for the right prescription, what if I'd been given something seriously strong by mistake? once they had the money they just didn't care.

Quite a run down store and pretty slow for an urgent pick up. They did however have stock of a certain medication whereas boots and Lloyds did not. Ladies are nice and I witnessed a staff member go well out of her way to assist an elderly lady in a time of need. A faith resorted in humanity moment.
