Absolutely cannot fault HRBS, I was introduced to the building society by a financial adviser, about 15 years ago, and I have remained with them ever since. The thing that stands out is the customer service, and human touch, when I have needed to contact the society by phone, I have always been answered promptly by a real person, who is friendly, willing and helpful. I have never been put in a queue, never been given a myriad of options, and never told "computer says no.." It is the feeling that they staff actually care that sets this building society out against their bigger rivals. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hinckley and Rugby to anyone.
