The customer service ignores your message and leave you hanging. I am happy with 2 of my items,but the double organza fabric is really hard and the big stones are removing. I bought it because I love it but I don't think I can wear it now. You said your products are the finest quality what happen then. I wish I buy on Aliexpress to be less 😞. I live in US and the return will cost me shipping expenses. We come to you to buy in peace and certainty but I don't think I have that yet.

This is my second time to order . The first one everything went okay but on the second order I'm really disappointed, the shipping cost was £14 at the time i placed the order but the next day hilton textiles contacted me on whatsapp saying the shipping cost is higher so i have to pay more i decided to ask for a refund but untill now they all ignoring my messages and calls.
