    Anthony has been amazing help the last couple of weeks! He was really friendly, and patient. Had a small issue and he was very quick to sort it out. All the staff are professional. Free hot drinks and a waiting area, toilets were clean too! Would 100% recommend coming here😊

    Suzuki Hilton was unable to unlock my entertainment system without removing the system and sending it away at a cost to me of over £100. This seems completely ridiculous to me. I couldn't afford this so I'm without any music in my car, now. Although when I called I was told I could disconnect the battery. Also, I asked them to let me know how much it would cost to repair a scratch on my bonnet. They told me that they don't repair scratches there but they want me to upgrade my car on a part exchange basis. How would they repair the scratch to resell it. Although Suzuki Watford would have been able to do it, if I still lived in London. I wanted an Ignis. I have now decided not to get another Suzuki. Really not impressed with the Bedford branch.

    Came in to hilton suziki as I had a tpms problem with my Suzuki the staff were very polite and help the problem got fixed plus I had a fuse problem they fixed to when I came and picked up the car they had cleaned it too I was not expecting that. Thank you Hilton Suzuki

    I’ve been using this garage for a few years for my MOT’s and recently took out a service plan. I can’t fault them at all. It’s so difficult to find a trustworthy garage, with great service. Highly recommend them. Liam was ace recently when I had problems with my car failing its MOT. He ensured I got it booked in quickly to get fixed, highly recommend 👍🏼
