    Hilton’s Funeral Directors was the first one that I picked from the bereavement booklet. I made that call and Louris exuded warmth, kindness and sympathy from that short call. I made up my mind there and then to use Hilton’s. On meeting Louris, she felt like a friend. She gave me so much comfort and support. Louris is the person everyone needs during a bereavement. During such a difficult time Louris made the whole process fuss free and uncomplicated due to her caring professional manner and great communication throughout. From the initial contact i felt like i was dealing with someone who cared, someone who was human and respected my dad. The entire experiance felt relaxed, controlled and well managed. On google you can only award 5 star's but in my honest opinion they deserve so much more. Sometimes we all need to step outside the box and look at what local buisness we have on our door step, its easy to follow what generations have used historically.     I am so pleased I arranged my dear late husband's funeral with Hiltons last month. From the initial contact on day of his death Louris was extremely professional in every way. She showed empathy and understanding and certainly went the extra mile to ensure that all the arrangements were executed with flair and professionalism. She came to my home and spent considerable time with me to ensure she had all of my many requests. The presentation at the funeral of his life put to music was outstanding. The gentleman who spoke at the funeral on my behalf, Mr Gerald Owen was also superb. He even telephoned me after the funeral to ask of my well being. Truly excellent service. The other staff involved were also excellent - the cars arrived bang on time and they were also very courteous. Even the letter that Louris brought to me in person with His ashes was well thought out and caring. Might I congratulate Louris on such professionalism from beginning to end. Exceptional value for money, I can highly recommend. In fact I will go as far to say, I hope I not have to wait for another family funeral before I can speak with Louris again, a wonderful lady.
