Booked for 2 nights staying dinner bed and breakfast, my colleague and myself. On the 1st night went to dinner and asked the member of staff what our dinner booking includes or limit, we were told "no limit" this seemed a little odd but as it was late only had a desert and a soft drink. Next night checked with same sever there was no limit and this was confirmed, seemed a little hard to belive as could then say "i would like one of everything" and asked to get this confirmed by manager. He came and told us now it has a ยฃ20 limit. When asked where this figure came from he said it was on the booking documentation and if we wanted to see it we need to go to reception. So off we went and low and behold this fictious ยฃ20 was nowhere to be seen. There was no amount shown at all. We were then told that this was an issue with the booking system. The problem was that this mythical ยฃ20 limit barely covers 10% of main courses. Then upon further investigation we identified they were now going to try and charge us for the 1st nights food. This took a lot of arguing to confirm we shall not be paying for this. Only solution offered was pay for your dinner tonight and if the booking details all match after an investigation they will refund the cost. NO TIMESCALE given. Shocking service from what is supposed to be a premium chain of hotels. I do however feel the two staff members we spoke to hand their hands tied a little by the company above. The booking system clearly is not fit for purpose and is an easy excuse to use. Be careful what you book is what you get

Easy to get to. A good underground car park with (whilst I was here) lots of free bays. The rooms are basic but clean. I wish they would put power sockets next to the beds. The air conditioning makes lots of strange noises.

Beware you might not be aware: they can enter your room with or without guest inside to clean the room according to their policy they said. So they said to hook the door sign outside. Even so, it's automatic that even without the door sign, you must ask permission 1st before you can enter. If no one answered for a couple of minutes, and it's your policy to enter and clean, then do so and you must be accompanied by someone. I was not able to open the door coz it was already opened in just few second when someone knocked, I was surprised they can just enter immediately, my privacy was invaded. Good thing I'm done taking bath was already dressed. I doubt all rooms with guest will be hooking their door signs outside. That's why even when u sleep at night they might enter if you did not hook a door sign, what if you are naked or at the toilet, they'll still insist it's their policy, ridiculous.

We were there for 13th May one night only , right from check in , to bar and next morning breakfast we received incredible service๐๐. The room was clean, very comfortable bed๐๐. Just a suggestion that me being a Hilton Honours member we would have expected complimentary Breakfast.๐ค๐ค We will keep on visiting Hilton worldwide.
