Rooms: Spacious, clean, and with the most comfortable beds I have very encountered at a hotel! Safety: Feels very safe, even when walking at night! Walkability: Within easy walking distance of 2 Underground stations and at least one bus station. Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet is AMAZING!!! Here's just a sampling of what is available: several types of fresh breads and toast, 2-3 kinds of croissants, a variety of pastries, salad, fresh vegetables, ham, sausages (vegetarian and meat), eggs cooked several ways, sauteed tomatoes, beans, a variety of fresh cut fruit, whole fruits, tinned prunes, various cereals, warm oatmeal with a variety of toppings, milk (vegan and cow milk), several types of juices, hot cocoa, hot tea, and one of those fancy coffee machines that makes whatever type of coffee/espresso/latte you want. Uniformed servers seat you and whisk away your plates throughout the meal. The staff is very kind and cheerful. Truly, the BEST breakfast I have ever had! Ever! Noteworthy details: The breakfast buffet is AMAZING!!!

Good location for London Olympia which is just 2 minutes walk away. Also good location for Kensington High Street. You can walk into Central London it’s about a 5km walk to HARRODS and another 2km to city centre. Tube station not too far or hail one of the many taxis driving past. (Or use an Uber) Also bus service is available too. Hotel has underground car park 🅿️ cost is £37 for 24 hours at our time of visit in May 2023. It’s a low height car park, and we just got our Range Rover sport in although when we raised the boot it hit the ceiling pipes. You can get in certain areas where the boot won’t hit the roof if your careful. Our first bedroom was not the one we booked and was quite small, and the bed was against a wall so only one bedside table which is not adequate for this type of hotel. We did make a complaint and to be fair they did update us to a much better and more spacious room with much larger and more comfortable bed. Even the views were much better. Hotel food was overall quite good. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Dinner was good too. There is also a costa coffee shop on site which is great and very convenient. There is a gym although very small. No garden or outside terrace to sit outside. So for smokers your stuck to smoke outside in the street. Staff were helpful and friendly. So overall, recommended, a few faults. But they did change our room which although was inconvenient they made up with a free breakfast and better room.
