    Rooms: Need updating. Linen and bathroom all good, but electrics need updating to be able to charge your phone in bed. Nearby activities: A mall comparable to those in dubai on your doorstep and excellent transport links to the whole of London. Walkability: Bars, restaurants, mall, train and buses all within a few minutes.

    The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and professional. However the stay was not up to Hilton standards at all. The major event of our stay was that everyone who ordered the Indian food at the restaurant, our first night, got food poisoning. We had originally all ordered the fish and chips but after we ordered they said they had ran out. So we ordered what the server recommended. The staff treated the food poisoning seriously the next day. However, one of the servers said it happened last month too when we talked with them. They gave us a small discount off of our room and saying they will investigate it but didn’t want to take responsibility for it right now. I understand that but honestly I have lost hundreds now with missed shows and tourist things we had planned. One of our rooms the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. The beds were cleaned and new but looks like the bathroom was accidentally skipped. The deep cleaning doesn’t happen at this hotel. Sure it’s “clean” but when you look close nothing is really deep cleaned. Things seem to be falling apart. Especially in the bathrooms. One room the phone didn’t work- quickly fixed when the front desk found out. The toilet in my room leaks and has a dripping noise that won’t stop. Holes in the walls and other aging things of a hotel can be seen in all of our rooms. Also the fire escape handrail was being replaced. With grinding and hammering all day. Of course next to our food poisoning family members rooms who were trying to sleep. :/ but the hotel didn’t warn us about any construction being done on our floor. All the loud noises while they were trying to sleep was frustrating. One nice thing was a little birthday cake was sent up for one of our family members birthday. It was very nice of them. I would recommend for anyone to stay here. I will also stay in the future. But just be prepared for a hotel that doesn’t have the cleanliness standards like you would expect from a Hilton. Walkability: Easy to the tube and mall

    I regularly stay in this hotel for my business trips to London mainly because of its convenient location. 5-minute walk to the Westfield shopping mall, to great shops and restaurants. 5-minute walk to the tube station and thus, an excellent connection to London. The room size, equipment and quality in general are higher than the London average. The breakfast is excellent and the food is a restaurant class! The staff is very helpful, they even saved a delivery at their concierge store till my next business trip for free! A good hotel, one of my preferred in London, but worn out and a bit below other Hilton's standards.
