We stayed here for two nights and loved it, and would recommend to anyone heading to London wanting a clean, solid hotel option in a great location. The lobby is inviting with staff members who are incredibly helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and they were accommodating and let us check in early - the Hilton app was super helpful for communicating with the staff on the day of our stay! The room itself was small (but good sized for most London options), however it was clean and quiet. We had hoped to have a view but ours was unfortunately blocked by a large brick wall. Location is 10/10 for walking anywhere in London (Borough Market, Tower Bridge, or over to Big Ben and Westminster), with a nearby underground station (Southwark) that connects you easily.

This was a wonderful Hilton with a fantastic staff. I had a very nice room with great service. The whole facility from the executive lounge to the restaurant and bar was superlative. I highly recommend staying here. Walkability: Short walk to the Tate Modern and the riverside promenade.

Best Hilton property in the UK and one of the best hotels in London!!! Bankside is a fantastic hotel in a great location with modern rooms and facilities, and truly exceptional staff at check-in, housekeeping and the restaurant. Always greeted by a warm welcome from the moment I walked in the door... The awesome customer experience provided by Sofia, Melania and Kadiatu in the Executive Lounge is what makes the difference for me. These 3 ladies are a credit to the Hilton brand. I highly recommend Hilton London Bankside.
