I want to give 5stars to Alexia, i think her name is - who was at reception in the day Saturday morning. She was fantastic. I got lucky last min at like 4am. I was stranded. PremierIn rejected me. I was so worried that i wouldnt be able to sleep that night. I am grateful that i had money enough to spend as a result of my own silly mistake forgetting my house keys. The room is better than getting a mashup bnb. The shower was warm not hot. Lots of wear and tear thats untaken care of. The breakfast was included, and well you pay for what you get and we cant really be choosey in desperate situations. Rooms: Careful of the old white guy with glasses that works there. He might give you a room thats already occupied 🤦🏾♂️ but yeah the bed is fine the room size is okay and the shower toiletries were actually pretty good.

One of the best Hilton’s I’ve stayed at and visited in London. Attentive team who couldn’t do enough for you, with a really relaxed atmosphere. You don’t feel like you’re in London, yet on the doorstep of Angel centre and the Underground.

Room looked a bit out of time. Great that they have a room for disabled people, but for me this made the sink to low and after a shower the bathroom was wet everywhere. Also the gym was very disappointing, they did not even have a yoga mat. For the price, I would not come back. Breakfast was good and for a fair price.
