Your appointment system doesn't work. Having no appointments to give out, and asking people to call back at 08:30 the next day for the appointment lottery is not on. I re-dialled over 40 times, and still did not get through. If I find an abnormality, like a lump, I expect to be able to see a doctor within a day or 2, and not go to A&E for 5 hours. Please please, rethink your outdated system.

It is to hard to try and make an appointment, I understood all the trouble at the beginning of the pandemic but we are two years in and something needs to change. We need to get more doctors in the surgery to actually see people face to face. We need to open back up the surgery in Great Yeldham so we don't all need to try and use Sible and Castle surgeries. Also they need to sort out the online appointment system. It says on the website that you can book appointments through the NHS app, you can't, I've tried. When I phoned 111 the other day at qt midday even they couldn't get me an appointment to see a doctor at either Sible or Castle so I had to end up going to A&E and the doctors there told me to go to the GP ... how am I supposed to do that when you can't make an appointment to fit around work!!!

This surgery is one of the best I've been lucky to have been under! The Doctors, Nurses, Secretaries, Admin & Dspensary staff are all wonderful - nothing is too much trouble for them & I cannot appreciate them enough. Yes, there may be a struggle to get through first thing in the morning, but tell me a GP that doesn't have this issue? Hopefully when they move to the new building, they'll be able to add more staff, but I'm more than happy with the care I've received over the last 3 years.
