I stay here a lot for work, had to stay at a different hotel this week due the cricket events. I miss my usual home but what i have enjoyed more about staying at a different hotel is, i dont get a wooden stick to serve and stir my coffee. I bring my own coffee and find it hard to serve on a stick. Also i may buy my self a late night desert, that i used to use the spoon for, cant do that on a stick, so feel i have a little upgrade at the holiday inn express to have a spoon. Attention to detail is probably not an issue when you stay in hotels occasionally, but becomes more important when you live in them every week of the year

Stayed for a 2 day work event. Room overlooked the grounds and was to a good standard. Free parking is a nice touch, but the parking arrangement during the extensive building work was a bit chaotic! The reception staff were very smiley and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great choice. Recommend getting a room on a match even as the balcony views would of been fantastic. Thanks for looking after me.

So I'm a diamond member of the hilton chain and stay away a lot with work. always comment about work and if I'd bring my wife and little furry friends (the dog). Best foot forward first , the view of the cricket ground is awesome, for a game must be wonderful. Hotel is modern and nicely kept, staff lovely and location about a £10 uber ride from the center or 40-50 minutes walk , although , maybe not the most romantic and after dark might not be for everyone. Would happily stay again and bring the wife, unfortunately not dog friendly.
