We used this hotel for one night , we were very very impressed with the staff in the bar and the restaurant who went above and beyond to give an excellent service. They were happy and friendly and the food was good with speedy service.. I would particularly like to mention Jay on reception who was just lovely. My friend realised she had left her purse at home and was very upset, Jay was very kind and sympathetic, and told us to take our belongings to our room and he would come and find us in the bar and show her how to put her banking on an app. Which he did Not everyone goes above and beyond like he did. It meant a great deal to myself and my friend and we aren't very technology minded. So Jay, thankyou very much and we thought you were a superstar .

Great hotel next to Birmingham Airport. Max. 10 minutes to walk. Even the hotel is close to the airport the rooms are quiet and can't hear any noise from starting/landing planes. Big and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast as well as service was satisfying.

Twin Rooms were excellent and so clean, shower was 10/10! Beds were more like 2 doubles rather than 2 singles. I can’t remember her name but the wonderful, maturer blonde lady from breakfast (weekend of April 21/22) deserves the world, she was just utterly the best part of the whole stay and she was so sweet with the other guests kids. Location great for NEC, a 5 minute £6 Uber!
