This place was a disappointment, despite it being a 4-star hotel it fail the room amenities lack maintenance. The boiler was spoilt resulting in no hot water for shower for 2 days and when it was fixed the water pressure was low making showering difficult. The thermostat in the room is also problematic which does not stay at the temperature you set making it at times too warm or too cold. I was also disappointed that there were no hand soap, tissue paper and lotion when I first checked in the room. Items were only given the next day after housekeeping. Not worthy of the price.

It's been a while since I stayed here (like pre-COVID). It has been 'tidied up' a bit, which is good. But there a still some parts which need some attention. GOOD: Location is great, close by Euston & Kings Cross 👍 Rooms have a fair amount of space for the price. Breakfast is typical Hilton Breakfast so has a good selection Staff are friendly and helpful BAD: Window Sill on the room was all warped and damaged - it look like it was made from fiberboard that had gotten wet 👎 Breakfast Service needs more staff, when I came down for Breakfast most tables were empty but had dirty dishes/cups on them 👎 Overall it's not a bad hotel, just needs a little bit of work 👍 Rooms: Rooms at the front of the Hotel face onto the main road, so traffic noise (especially Police Cars, Ambulances, etc.) can be annoying. Try and get a room on the back/inside 👍
