0 stars if it were possible. Very rude phone manner, you shouldn't bother answering the phone in future if you can't speak to customers in a civil fashion. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this... ahem 'business' and don't believe the check-a-trade nonsense, so many poor cowboy outfits have made it on to check-a-trade that it's merit is worthless at this point.
