Brilliant service, they had come out and sorted my tyre at home but advised I'd need a bit of work done soon, lo and behold I needed to go back to them a week later, but they were so quick with there work, managed to get my car to them by about 4pm on a Friday and they got the job done there and then. Definitely recommend, they know what they are doing.

Dropped my motor off down at Hilsea Tyres to get all 4 tyres changed as they were running low. Good prices and staff were helpful in helping me pick what the best tyres would be. Anyway, whilst I was waiting I popped over to the Toby Carvery Hilsea and thought to have some lunch (which was a large carvery). When I first got in, the damp smell hit my nostrils right away and I was then greeted by a rude staff member in her late 20s. The food wasn't all that and I couldn't finish it, was pretty tasteless. Anyway once I paid, I went back to Hilsea Tyres and they said they had experienced similar things previously too. Thanks for the good service anyway.

A top bunch of guys giving not only amazing customer service but also at an affordable price. Had a puncture on my way to work. Gave them a call and as I was only round the corner they fitted me straight in. Puncture done and ready to collect when I got back. They were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Rubbish, avoid at any cost. Unprofessional, putting tyres on cracked wheel. I had to go for third time until they noticed it and paid for all 3 tyres. From beginning: I had a flat tyre, ok, changed it, flat next day. Fine, I am going back. I raised my concern, maybe something else is wrong. I said please check it for something else. I was told I must be unlucky. Next day, flat tyre again. This time(third time) they finally checked it properly and found crack in a wheel. They said, they can do welding for £80, but only cash, because someone else is doing it. I thought I don't have to pay for the last tyre, as I think they should have noticed crack at least in second attempt. They don't diagnose, they don't look, what says on their website. Don't go there, you will be dissapointed. Never coming back to that.........
