    (Translated by Google) The apartment and building are generally clean, but there are several drawbacks: 1- There is no reception to carry out the entry procedures, and the procedures are done by phone and links, and it takes a long time, about two hours, to pay the amount of 200 pounds, and then the key is received from a place that is 5 minutes away on foot, as I stayed all this time in the street with my family and bags. 2- There is no air conditioning. 3- There is no cleaning system, as they did not clean until after 4 days and after I requested it. 4- The siphon broke down in one of the bathrooms, and they did not repair it until after two days due to the holiday, as they told me. (Original) الشقة والمبنى نظيف عموما ولكن هناك عدة سلبيات : 1- لايوجد استقبال للقيام بإجراءات الدخول ، والاجراءات تتم عن طريق الهاتف والروابط ،وتستغرق وقتا طويلا حوالي ساعتين لدفع مبلع 200 جنيه وبعدها يتم استلام المفتاح من مكان يبعد 5 دقائق مشيا ، حيث مكثت طوال هذه المده في الشارع مع اسرتي والشنط. 2- لايوجد تكييف. 3- لايوجد نظام للتنظيف حيث لم يقوموا بالتنظيف الا بعد 4 ايام وبعد ان طلبت ذلك. 4- تعطل السيفون في احد الحمامات ولم يقوموا بالتصليح الا بعد يومين بسبب العطلة كما اخبروني.

    Horrible experience, even when I have already paid, they didn’t send a confirmation email with all the booking details. When at the apartment, oven wasn’t working, one sink had a leak and to finish the experience they blamed myself of breaking a table which I didn’t do it. Their process is not transparent, I live for almost 2 years in the UK AND I wouldn’t recommend staying with them as there are much better options to stay.
