This is one of the worst gp’s ever. If your ill and need help well I would hate to be you this practice doesn’t like to answer the phone you will be calling them and they don’t know how to answer a phone so good luck with that if I was you look for another place don’t waste your time in even signing up YOU WILL REGRET IT

Terrible service overall, dont seem to know what they are doing the doctors I mean, lucky they have a few good people(reception staff and this would include Miss Kemi Turner, absolute superstar she is, goes out of her way to help) working there who give an excellent service, also Mr Mr Iftekhar Chowdhury who is a diamond. I also need to add that the last phone appointment does not have all the information I provided such as I am no longer on the medication, this was not logged on there system which is now causing problems with my work. The doctors dont seem to be listening as they keep recording the wrong information on there system or not logging the information down at all. My mother went to see the doctor and had pain in her stomach, they referred her to the hospital with chest pains, this is absolutely ridiculous. It took over 2 weeks to get a repeat prescription of insulin for my father. I had to in the end get emergency insulin from the local chemist and finally got the prescription sorted once I made a formal complaint.

They put answering machine on nobody is at the end of the phone to answer patients. Better call balance than this surgery. The receptionists are useless they are rude. Worst GP surgery ever.
