This company takes your money and holds onto it, you call to ask where your order is they tell you something so you go away. When you call to find out where your order is, they tell you your item is out of stock ! You then have to wait for your money to be refunded. This was done 3 times to me. Don’t bother dealing with the so called manager David Blake as he does nothing to help you. How come he gave the Company he works for 5 stars is this not conflicting interest ?

Terrible service. On 26th May i placed a large order of 4.5m rolls of fabric tape. When I received the package, they had sent the same quantity of 1.5m rolls. I phoned the company to explain that i had been sent the wrong product. Their reply was that they no longer sell the larger rolls. (So they just sent me 1/3 of what i asked for but still charged me the full amount). I asked for a refund, and it took several weeks for them to arrange for the package to be collected. After numberous phone calls, the package was returned & after several more phone calls, I eventually got my refund today...... 2 1/2 months later. Out of all the phone calls i had to make, there was one lady who was helpful. Anyone else I spoke to was completely useless. I will never purchase anything off them again & I am just glad to finally have my money back!!
