My family recently purchased a Mercedes from Brandon at Hills. The car underwent an RAC check and had a replacement part changed at Hills' expense before collection. Later on the car developed a few issues which could not have been foreseen - Brandon was available to speak to easily on the phone and via email. Due to the distance between us and the garage he agreed to us using a local specialist to rectify the faults. The cost was covered by Hills and the experience has reassured us that Hills is a good garage that stand behind their vehicles. I recently picked up an E63 AMG from Hills Prestige and I can honestly say that the service and whole experience was second to none. From dropping by without an appointment on the Wednesday, Callum was a great help, very friendly and always did what he said he would and by when. Regular messages to let me know what was going on was really helpful and greatly appreciated. The car was in excellent condition and exactly as described on their web site and in the Autotrader advert. I'd looked at a couple of others, and although they were a bit cheaper, weren't as in good condition. By Friday afternoon the car had been MOT'd, had an oil change, RAC inspection, cleaned and ready to go. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, offering a much more friendly and professional service that the main dealers I've been used to.
