We recently purchased a Cube Set of garden furniture from Hills and from the moment we walked into the showroom the service was nothing but impeccable. The sales assistant who helped us was not at all pushy. She answered all our questions and was very well informed. Once we decided to buy the furniture the process was smooth and easy and delivery was planned to fit our schedule rather than theirs. Delivery was made earlier today as planned by Ollie but as our garden was in the middle of being landscaped we asked Ollie to divert the delivery into our home which he did without complaint. Once our garden landscaping is complete we will set up the furniture in the garden and report further with photographs. In the meantime I would recomment Hills Home and Garden to everyone.

I had recently purchased garden furniture from another supplier……messed around with delivery times/dates etc, quality of furniture was far from what was expected! I subsequently cancelled my order with this other company and went to Hills Home and Garden…I can honestly say I wish I’d have gone to them in the first place! What a difference! We had purchased a Lifestyle Garden Aruba 4 seater table and chairs from Hills last year and we were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the furniture, so we were excited to find the matching 2 seater bistro set become available earlier this year, particularly because there was very limited stock elsewhere. Upon ordering we discovered that a 15% discount offer which had been offered by email had just expired; however, Ollie went the extra mile to provide us with a unique ordering code which enabled us to benefit from the discount. The furniture was delivered free of charge and arrived less than a week after having placed the order, carefully packaged and in faultless condition. Top notch customer care combined with a quality product range and competitive prices is quite hard to find these days and as well as recommending you to others we will definitely be back for more in the future (just saving up for the matching recliners now!). We ordered a furniture set online and due to a pending house move Hills were extremely accommodating delaying delivery until after the move. As delivery was out of season and due to an impending makeover of our garden the furniture was stored unopened in our garage for a number of months. Once our garden work was complete we unpacked the furniture and unfortunately discovered a defect with one of the items. We emailed Hills regarding this and the item was promptly replaced without any issues. Hills have been a pleasure to deal with throughout and we could not have asked for better service.
