Will not be using service team again as their service team could not be bothered to do proper tests that I requested and only wanted to guess what could be causing the fault. They wanted to replace parts that had already just been changed with new parts but a trained technician but still wanted to change again even though no tests was done to confirm that was the fault. Asked for a different repair to be done and said a day I would be collecting and work was still not completed so ended up taking the car away after a week with no work done. Their excuse was technicians off ill and going to and from with email my replies was within 5min, fords was 6hours plus. I tried phoning and most the time got no answer and when I did I was told I would get a call back and never did so was finding myself to keep going in. Overall would not be using the service team again. Elliot in the parts team is great though and will recommend to use as he is very helpful and never had any problems.

She understood my situation, listened to what I needed and found me a car. Fetched it from another site so I could see it same day and I picked it up 2 days later. So impressed. I love the car and overall experience I had. Can’t thank Becky enough. She really looked after me.
