We have used Hill park for 9 years and before that my family used them for years. We have always found them to be reasonably priced but also won't just prescribe things if not required. We were told once that they could give our cat eye drops as he has gunky eyes but he will always be prone to flare-ups and we're better off managing by cleaning. Some vets would have prescribed drops for the money. I value this vets hugely and would never hesitate to recommend them. They also greet and make such a fuss of our cats making us feel like we have the most lovely cats in the world. Realistically they probably say things about all cats but it's lovely and they make you feel like they care about your animals and it puts you at ease.
