I contacted HH 5 months ago and had a brief email exchange, plus a phone call (after a few attempts to pin them down) which looked like they would be able to help us. The advisor agreed they could and would. I then followed up with emails to go ahead, and after 3 attempts and no replies I gave up. The whole process was extremely frustrating and ended up a total waste of time, as clearly they have no interest in bothering with SME's.
